Terms of use — Mestryx Platform

Acceptance

By accessing https://mestryx.dev, https://demo-admin-platform.mestryx.dev, or https://demo-web-platform.mestryx.dev you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

Nature of the service

The marketing site presents Mestryx Platform (mestryx-platform), a multisite commerce product under development. Demo environments are provided for evaluation; they may be reset, limited, or unavailable without notice.

Demo accounts

Do not enter real customer personal data or payment credentials in demos unless explicitly invited under a pilot agreement. You are responsible for content you submit in demos.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, probe security without authorisation, scrape in violation of robots rules, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Mestryx or its licensors. No licence is granted except for normal browsing and demo evaluation.

Disclaimer

The site and demos are provided "as is" during the pre-commercial phase. Features, URLs, and availability may change before general availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mestryx is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the marketing site or demos. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected where applicable.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Courts of Grenoble shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
